I could not figure out what I wanted for supper last night, but then I remembered what my mom used to make, Tuna Noodle Casserole! It is cheap and easy, and I usually have the staple ingredients in my cupboard! Tuna casserole is also one of my favorite leftovers! So today will be yet another recipe! 

Ingredients (You can substitute your own!)  

  • 12 oz Egg noodles 
  • 15 oz Peas
  • 15 oz Corn
  • 8 oz mushrooms 
  • 26 oz Cream of Mushroom 

Preparation 

  1. Bring 7.5 cups of water to a boil in a 4-quart Dutch Oven. 
  2. Add Egg Noodles and cook al dente; they will continue cooking after you’ve drained them. 
  3. Drain the water from the noodles 
  4. Put Noodles, peas, corn, mushrooms, and cream of mushroom in the dutch oven. 
  5. Combine well and serve immediately.
