I could not figure out what I wanted for supper last night, but then I remembered what my mom used to make, Tuna Noodle Casserole! It is cheap and easy, and I usually have the staple ingredients in my cupboard! Tuna casserole is also one of my favorite leftovers! So today will be yet another recipe!
Ingredients (You can substitute your own!)
- 12 oz Egg noodles
- 15 oz Peas
- 15 oz Corn
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 26 oz Cream of Mushroom
Preparation
- Bring 7.5 cups of water to a boil in a 4-quart Dutch Oven.
- Add Egg Noodles and cook al dente; they will continue cooking after you’ve drained them.
- Drain the water from the noodles
- Put Noodles, peas, corn, mushrooms, and cream of mushroom in the dutch oven.
- Combine well and serve immediately.
